Shipping policy

Processing & Domestic Shipping


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Some delays may occur due to fulfillment issues, material shortages, or carrier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Once an order has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, exchanges, or refused deliveries.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees to resend the order will be the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If a package is delivered to the address provided, we cannot guarantee replacement. Please verify your details carefully.

International Shipping & Customs


We ship internationally, but customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs regulations. Orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or other taxes, which are not included in our prices. International delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs inspections or local postal services.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Proto Pipe LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed to the carrier. Customers may file claims directly with the carrier for insured shipments. If your package is lost or damaged, please email us at help@protopipellc.com so we can work with you to find a solution.
