Refund policy

Proto Pipe LLC smoking accessories may be returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from odors. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@protopipellc.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We inspect all returned products before granting a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
